Welcome Wordpress developers, designers and site owners!

I've migrated over here from Reddit, and one of the most common questions posted that were posted on the Wordpress sub were regarding how to optimize Wordpress sites and reduce their load times. This is my self-written guide on how to optimize a Wordpress site for page speed.

Please let me know if I've missed anything, and I'll happily add it to the guide!

Automattic confirmed it created this site, but didn’t provide any further details. The site’s full URL is WordPressenginetracker.com, which is ironic given Mullenweg and Automattic have argued during the battle that WP Engine misused the WordPress trademark and tricked people into believing that WP Engine is associated with WordPress.com
