Had a lot of fun with a flashlight in the woods. Many mushrooms literally glow when a little light hits them, they are very easy to spot this way!

Does anyone have some ID?

Another one nearby:

I noticed these guys while walking my dog around the apartment. At first, I thought they were roots for the bushes they were in between, but then my husky stepped on one, crushing it and showing me it was some kind of mushroom. I don't know shit about mushrooms, but they do look unlike anything I've seen growing wild (especially in a city), and the only thing they look close to that I do know is a truffle. But surely they aren't truffles? In an apartment complex?

A week ago or so I posted a tan colored cutie that popped up in my garden. Wasn't quite sure of what it was. I think now it's pretty clear - and also has 5 friends all within few feet of each other.

No clue if too moist or too little FAE, but I'm here for whatever the fuck this is :)

Left bag is also doing a weird blob which sprouted two separate new growths too:

Already harvested some parts of the left one, as they were getting slightly brownish at the tips.

I also came across a few puffballs, that had unfortunately started to spore, and some earthballs

These pop up in this spot every year around this time. They get huge and there's probably about half a dozen clumps like this

(reposting because of the federation issues getting resolved)

Spotted this awesome cluster on a walk today and grabbed a couple, fairly certain they are Pleurotus ostreatus.

This is a beautiful page with the results of an enormous experimentation effort in mushroom dyeing

Of course you want Björk to talk to you about fungi. That's like, a basic human need.
