This one seriously creeps me out. The man in the suit is a series of video about an actor who becomes increasingly obsessed with the Godzilla suit he wears, he exhibits strange behaviors, including prolonged periods of stillness and altered breathing. Eventually, crew members discover that the man body has grotesquely merged with the suit and he is no longer human.

Godzilla may be a monster, but it seems to me otherwise. He is rather a god. Control our world according to each order. And I will be the flesh of the beast. I will be the host of Godzilla. Because I want to be a god who is respected by people. I want to be the flesh of this beast. And the fear of which one is wrong. I'm not a movie monster. It's Goji. The law of good and evil. I will live in this beast. Because he is the only one who can help us.

Just got out of the theater after watching Minus 1. Great movie imo. Between this one and Shin Godzilla we have some solid movies in recent years, and I'm already waiting for the next one.

Any thoughts from anyone else??

It's a budget puzzler with utilitarian (but charming) graphics. Probably not going to be GOTY for anyone but as a Godzilla fan I'd say it's a solid 8/10.

Seems to be PC-only at the moment but runs fine with Proton on Linux (with compatibility set to version 7).

So far I like the idea I really do, but they’ve got scientists wearing only masks after their fucking Geiger counters go off the charts, and then they’ve got this Japanese family living in Japan with a BOWL OF FORTUNE COOKIES on their living room table. HUH?????

Maybe I’ve misunderstood how radiation works or Japanese customs but I can’t understand why a japenese family would choose their living room center piece snack bowl to be Chinese American cookies lmao. I’m holding off on looking up the director but I’m guessing it’s some western person who was like THROW SOME OF THOSE ASIAN COOKIES ON THAT THERE TABLE.

Rodan got his solo film in 1955, and was a major player in Showa, but afterwards, he got 1 appearance in Heisei and wasn't even the main focus of that movie, and then was in Final Wars, and then was in KotM. even Michael Dougherty admitted he was always more of a side kick. meanwhile Mothra got her solo movie, a movie vs Godzilla in Showa, and was a major player afterwards, then appeared as the main focus again in a Heisei film, not to mention the Rebirth of Mothra trilogy, and then appeared in 3 Millennium movies. and then of course she was in KotM. meanwhile Anguirus was in only 4 Showa movies (Raids Again, Destroy All Monsters, vs Gigan and vs Mechagodzilla), and wouldn't appear again until Final Wars. and then all he got was his blink and you'll miss it skeleton in KotM. he was then in Singular Point after being absent for 17 years. and then of course there's Varan who hasn't appeared since a blink and you'll miss it cameo in Destroy all Monsters.

Couldn't get it tho :/
