Hey! My neighbor has these growing out behind her house and is concerned they may be hazardous to her plants. Could anyone identify them for me? Thank you!

US Mid-Atlantic region. Young farm cat for size.

Found it while visiting a sunflower farm. Cat seemed about 1 year old (or younger).

Looks a bit like Amanita muscaria; but it's white.
