Mrs. Pudding and the kids arrived home safely last night. Voices is her favorite scent in my den, so I'm swimming in it today. Fantastic shave this morning.

Yes sir! I super lucked out with this one, especially for the price. I think I want to try and save for a NOS 13, or 14 if I can find one, at some point.
The wife and kids have been out of state the last few days. They'll be coming home tonight. Gonna take them to see the new Spiderman movie tomorrow.

Went and got a fade last night, so barbershop was up again. Tried a different barbershop than usual, fade could be better. I really like Union. A very nice scent and definitely hits that barbershop vibe. I hindsight, wish I would've used Clubman for a post shave.

Felt like having another go with this set. Really nice scent.
Just had this set show up last night. I think I easily have more barbershop scents than any other genre of scent. Off the tub it's really nice, a blend of the citrus and florals. The dry down, post shave, is more of the musk, patchouli and leather. To me it vaguely hits on the barbershop vibe, but this is just first impression. Nice shave this morning. This set is a keeper.

Second shave in with this Fili. The blade feel was just as good as the first, leading me to believe the temper is still good. Really felt like starting the week with Amber Bomba. Nice shave this morning.

7 razors, 7 sets of Mammoth. I've reached the end and saved the best for last. Hygge is just phenomenal. It's one of those sets I wish I would've tried a lot sooner and one that will most definitely be refilled when it runs out. It's hard for me to pick out any one note in it, as I'm always just captivated by the entirety of it. Hygge is a solid 10/10.
I'm proud of all the razors I have in my rotation. I have some really nice razors imo, like the Gen 1 Fili or Celebrated W&B, but this Ralf Aust is 🐐. Hands down. I am just completely in love with it and have been since the moment I held it. Its size, shape, scales and performance. This is the razor I picture giving my son his first straight shave with, and one day giving to him. I truly hope it makes it that far. I touched up the edge on a Shobu Kiita last night and todays shave was just wonderful. Smooth and light each stroke on each pass. Close and comfortable shave, no nicks or irritation.
