Pretty inspiring. I think their fundamentals, their long history of high achievement, and their passionate international following should get them above Real Madrid soon

Fairly few attacking midfielders might be reassuring - Xavi, Roy Keane, Totti and especially Baggio all injured young and came back strong. This study on UEFA players is interesting - except for forwards, player performance generally returned by 3rd season after injury. So odds are Gavi has a long road back but should get there
