Sounds like you are just focusing on it. If it becomes worse, you should go to an Ear, Nose, Throat (ENT) specialist and get a hearing test.

Tinnitus is frequently a symptom of hearing loss.

The earlier you detect it and mitigate it, the better the outcomes.

After an ankle injury, my physical therapist recommended to purchase Resistance bands of different strengths and BOSU Ball from Amazon. Resistance training, balancing exercises, and Stretching.
