This video is great i love being barefoot. i'm also pretty unique in that I've broken both of my heel bones (calcaneus). It's a horrible injury and one that not everyone recovers from. I can happily say being barefoot has helped my recovery greatly.
edit: I fell off a tall garage roof onto the driveway wearing slippers. Trying to get my cat out of a tree.
