Any VHS in Germany. They do online courses that include an app that you can keep using after the course has finished. The VHS in Neukölln is particularly good.

Google moves my address too. And it's not even a new address, just a "new" building. Apple thinks it's a building site (it was built in 2020!). The only map that recognises the address properly is Here Wego.
They're also trained to deescalate.
I remember a while ago somebody posted a video of an Italian cop talking a guy who was beating his girlfriend into giving himself up and the Americans were completely baffled that he hadn't just shot him.
