When we order several (like 6) items, they send 6 packages, each individually packed, with 6 delivery drivers over two days, ringing three times a day (noon, afternoon, late evening).

Err basically yes. In my head there's a difference between "business driven by profit" and "business driven by ethics", but maybe that's because English is not my first language.
Why would they though and out of which which principle? Microsoft's principle is "generate as much profit as possible without antagonizing customers to much". Microsoft is, at its core, a profit driven business and not a business driven by ethics.

Congrats! I have my A5 X2 since summer and enjoy it a lot. It pretty much fundamentally changed the way I work.
But to be honest I am eyeing a Remarkable too because I don't use Supernote's organization features like tagging and handwriting recognitions all that much and would prefer a scratchier writing experience.
