I am using a 65W and a 100W chargers and I've got no problem with either.

I literally used the display in direct sunlight on a bright day, how the hell did screen brightness come up.

Everything else i either agree or can confirm

I have bought the 61 Wh battery, together with a DP expansion (thought I wouldn't need it, I was wrong) and right angle usb c cable.

The package got shipped, FedEx told me it would be here on the 17th.

On the 15th, a notice arrived that it was being delivered, but since I wasn't expecting it and had a deadline for the next day, no one was home to receive it. It got labeled as delivered, signed by a name I don't recognize. Nothing was left in the mail box.

The same evening FW sent me an email telling me the package was returned because of a mistake in labeling the battery, and issued a refund.

The refund is 12€ against an order of about 121€. After some days I asked FW support for an explanation, I didn't receive an answer.

Now, can someone please tell me what's going on?

mAh mean nothing outside phones, because they only convert to an energy unit if they are paired with a voltage. The reason why it's valid with phones is that they all have the same voltage, so it's always an apple to apple comparison. If you change device type, it doesn't make sense anymore.

For example, my Pixel 6 has a 4700 mAh battery at 3.75 V = 17.6 Wh. But if the voltage was, say, 9V, then it would be 42 Wh. Which is a battery twice the size.

You can't compare mAh across device types which don't share the same voltage. Which is also why I hate it so much that it's become the standard way to talk about batteries for phones.

I want to buy the 61 Wh battery for the 13th gen i5. I have never been limited by battery capacity thus far, but I have cut it close a bunch of times so I want more margin by getting the now available bigger battrry.

What procedure do I need to follow? Is there some software/driver updates/calibration I need to perform? Asking before buying and discovering it's either temporarily or forever incompatible :p
