hasn't premiered yet in the US. I was told our dojo would be invited to the premier later in the year when it comes to LA. Probably after that it will be available.
probably the most applicable out of the series out so far for real world usage.
don't drink too much water, don't have a heavy meal. Bring light snacks to snack along the day especially if you don't know how long you'd be waiting
one is a hip throw the other doesn't really use the hip as primary mechanic
