Depends. Want to learn routing and "firewalling"? Get a dedicated firewall, but a PC with Opnsense/PFsense might be a nice alternative to a dedicated firewall box.

KDE settings has a search function. Search for mouse.

Also, there are a few logitech utilities available for Linux. Try searching your package manager for Logitech, or Google Logitech linux

Try another Proton version.

Try install ProtonUp to test out the glorious Eggroll versions.
