In my opinion, this 2 would be playing for that 7th spot and the playoff. Bolivia and Perú are out, and all other teams are better.

A last minute cannonball shot to put your country into the world cup. That has to be one of the best feelings a person can have.
They can have one for the Mundialito and one for the U20 Youth World Cup too, making it 7 stars for them.
