How do I "add a new photo" to a magazine? I can browse to a local file, but the "Upload file" and "From url" buttons don't seem to do anything. I'm on firefox if it's a browser specific issue.

Is /sub intended as the "home page" like it is on reddit?
Can you group up for those zones? I wonder if that's an alternative way to do it even if it is populated.
