I had this issue with multiple games I had to rma my cpu i believe i posted a cross post about it on here as well Early this month/ end of September, contact intel it took them a month to cross ship a replacement
The only way I wouldn't get out of video memory errors is if I ran xtu and set my clock from x55 to x52 and did a undervolt by -.100
