If only it looked bad but performed well, I might still take it. No matter how many times I try, it's just not stable for me to daily drive.

Lol the least thing the US government cares about is saving anyone's life.

My bad, I now edited it. I rewrote it multiple times and missed it.

Not a critique, I first wanted to encourage you to try making your own tortillas, but kinda backtracked since it has a big downside which is that they are so much better that going back to store-bought is kinda a dilemma: they taste much worse, but you don't have to spend hours kneading and rolling and cooking. On the other hand home-made can be frozen, so there is that... If you still might like to give it a go, I use a video from Jack Ovens in YT, which I recommend. Now I want to make tortillas...

Oof I gave up in this search. Closest thing I found was MkDocs and Docusaurus which are static site generators of markdown content. I wanted an editor too, but they don't have one.

Regarding wiki.js, I liked it, but the way it manages folder hierarchies is messed up.

Tried like 5 times to see the comments to finally realize I was tapping on the picture...

You're right he's still committing, however it's easily verifiable he's not the only one. Still I'll give you that, since it seems Micay is quite active. I guess I am a "sheep that blindly trusts", since I don't have the skills to audit the code in this case. I will assume you are not such a sheep (otherwise why would you accuse someone else of being so?), so would you please enlighten me on the verifications you've done or the evidence you've found that makes you not trust the GOS project? On top of that. What do you trust for a mobile OS?
