Immich photo locations (alien.top)
 

I've just installed Immich, so far so good, i'm impressed.

However it appears it doesn't scan folders recursively and the my photos are currently organised means some are three to folders deep.

How do i extract all the folder contents into the parent folder using command line?

The photos are all currently backed up.

I used this guide when I first set mine up-

There are some things in the guide which I now know aren’t best practice but it got me up and running and taught me a lot along the way.

Theres an updated version now and heaps of other tutorials on there if you want something you can just follow blindly.

Interested in this too. I really don’t understand the gatekeeping here, particularly by one individual. It’s common knowledge that reddit search is lacking. The whole point of subreddits is discussion, looking for personal opinions etc.
