Then the government will use said bank information to identify you. Just don't put your bank information on anything linked to your social media accounts.

It's not all sunshine and roses though, there aren't any criminal penalties in the law for example, so the enforcement relied on prosecutors filing civil cases or injured parties filing cases. The social acceptance is far behind the progressiveness of the law too. However, trans people are pretty decently represented in the media too, though there is definitely an exploitation film aspect to it.
