I've been searching for the same thing without too much luck so far. The Guitar community seems to be pretty active so far, but that's not my primary interest. There's a Drums community that I hope will take off. r/drums was one of my favorite reddit subs along with r/wearethemusicmakers. Hoping to see something similar here.
Trump seems to have about the same level of legal knowledge as George Bluth - "It had to be your mother, Michael. They can't arrest a husband and wife for the same crime!"
Glad to see this community created! I have a couple kits, but recently picked up a Gretsch Brooklyn 13/16/24 and i'm loving it! Also working on restoring a 70's Ludwig Big Beat kit that I'm looking forward to having in playable condition.
Agree with all this. Haven't yet found most of the niche subjects that were my main interests on reddit, but definitely appreciate the quality of the conversation and content here. And it's fun to be here watching/experiencing this moment of the fediverse history.
What do you like better about it? I've been enjoying lemmy, but down to try something better
