Lots of people who had HomeSeer have converted to Hubitat. Please don't misunderstand me, HomeAssistant is great, but like everything it has its pros and cons. If you're interested in a different approach, check out Hubitat. I personally found Hubitat to be less work than HA, greater control, but less all encompassing than HA.
