Does it make sense to have photos in Files Station and then duplicated in Synology Photos? I'm new to NAS in general and don't want to lose any photos in the event I uninstall Photos.

I have a Synology DS 920+ and amd very new to setting up a media server for viewing photos, videos, etc.

Can you all help me get going with the best platform for media streaming phones, TV and PCs?

Also, any other cool things I can do for photo and video editing right on the NAS/media server plus other fun apps and things I can do.
