There is a shit load of graffiti in Berlin, but it doesn't stop prices going sky high.

Also... can you imagine how boring it would be if we never got a null hypothesis like this? These unexpected results are exactly what makes doing science exciting!

I hate that they equate a null hypothesis to failure. The experiment was as far from a failure as I can imagine - it just got results very different from those they expected.

KDE has a similar feature, and it is indeed a great thing to have.

I went from Boost for Reddit straight to Boost for Lemmy. It does everything I need and the dev is quite active with new features etc.

Well, I'm pretty sure I was at Reading Festival that year, and I managed to see them. I recall this track being pretty big in the U.K. at that time too.

Are captured included in the daily losses, or does that only include killed/wounded?

New Thinkpads are still great Linux laptops, so there's a steady stream of newer 2nd hand models coming on the market.

The A Delta spokesperson said the airline "will decline to comment further." ®

Huh, did they really register that sentence? :D

The ® is appended to all articles on The Register since I've known it, some 20 years now...

A species of owl which usually breeds in Scotland and Russia has produced a brood in an area of Kent for the first time in five years.

Short-eared owls have reared two broods at Elmley Nature Reserve, on the Isle of Sheppey.

The birds often stay at the site for winter before heading north during summer, but weather conditions and food abundance has seen them stay put on Sheppey.

Any idea when this will hit tumbleweed? I'm really looking forward to this release!
