The most WV thing I've read all day. I grew up chasing our horses and returning the neighbor's cows, goats, and chickens.

Many years ago, I was en route to a wedding (IIRC, in Gilmer county) when I ran into a delay because there were several emu out on the road and acting belligerent. When I got to the wedding, I met the neighbor whose emus were acting up and helped them round up the wayward birds. It wasn't just the emus, he had quite a menagerie.

I hate being late, so I over-estimate how long everyrhing takes. I'm early for everything (unless I fuck up my calendar appt and I miss it entirely.)

I'm vegetarian, so "All You Can Eat" at an Applebees actually means "all you can stomach". It'll be soggy fries, a mediocre salad (hold the bacon bits), maybe an appetizer if I'm lucky. Perhaps they are better now, but I doubt it. There's a reason I haven't been inside an Applebees for at least a decade.

You are correct. On some clients, it also blocks you from seeing threads or posts where that user participates, but I believe that is a defect.

I guess it really is an unpopular opion. Lol. I have have eye fatigue issues with HDR too, though.

I also can't watch 3D for more than 5 minutes without getting a migraine. I don't know enough about how the display works to know why. Both feel like it is trying to fool my eyes and my brain doesn't like it. Maybe my eyes/brain get fatigued trying to play along. Some types of HDR seem to bother me more than others. I can watch an HDR movie mostly fine.
