Laut deinen verlinkten Artikel stimmt deine Aussage nicht. Dort wird nur der Umstand Sachbeschädigung erwähnt.

Ökoterrorismus kann ja auch zum Schaden der Natur stattfinden. Mir fällt aber kein Fall aus Deutschland ein.
