I am thinking about upgrading my router. I am not a super advanced user. Got a Synology NAS with a few docker containers running. I had my eyes on the GL-iNet Flint (or the newer Flint 2). Additionally I was wondering if it would make more sense to maybe get the Synology RT6600ax. But the Flint is significantly cheaper.

Any thoughts on those two models or any other recommendations that are easy to setup and don't break the bank?

Anyone else having issues with KitchenOwl? I installed it with Docker on my Synology. The app is essentially unusable. Adding a new item to the grocery list is very slow. When I type something in it takes forever to show up the tile with icon or it simply doesn't show anything at all. And sometimes the search term I typed simply disappears and nothing was showing up or added to the grocery list at all.

In terms of UI KitchenOwl would be by far my favorite choice, especially also the Android app. But the way it's currently working for me it's unusable. Is the lack of performance maybe due to my NAS? Although, I also run other docker containers on my NAS and cannot notice any issues at all in terms of performance.

For now I am using Mealie, which seams to be a great alternative. But I would still prefer KitchenOwl if possible. If anyone has any hints on what is going on or how to resolve this I would appreciate it.

On a Synology NAS, can I set up Synology Photos and PhotoPrism to use the same folder of photos? The reason I want to do this is for properly testing both applications before I set them up on all the devices for the rest of my family.

I am a complete noob, therefore I have no idea if this is possible or what I would have to do. I managed to set both of them up already, but after doing research, still no idea what I would have to do for both apps to use the same folder for my pictures.
