Food is not a reward, its a basic necessity.

And having a right to food does not mean the US to pay for everything just like the US does not pay for education on the rest of the world.

And ecucation IS a human right because its inscribed in the list of human rights recognized by the UN and approved by the US.

Education is a right, does it mean that teachers are not paid?

There is also a theory that people tend do choose more masculine leaders in times of war

I think it was a mindset shift. Right now short term stock value is more important because the shareholder profile also shifted from someone that holded the stock to someone who wants just to turn a quick profit.

The same way boeing executives are to blame. They did not order employees to do sub-par cpus, but they did not care about the quality of what was produced either. Good hardware (and software) its always the product of a process that involves QA, HR, Operations, R&D and many other departments. These departments fall under the supervision/control of the executive suite.

One day is still better than 0 days. What you are saying is: we tried nothing and nothing worked.

Right now they are thinking that people dont care. A massive protest would say to them that you are paying attention, and you dont like it. Also, would embolden the democrats into taking action.

Why arent Americans on the street right now? Isnt this one of those situations of use it or lose it (in terms of rights)?
