Yes, I had the same thing when creating a "Greece" community. It happens when a community with that name has already been created and deleted. Message one of the admins and he will fix it for you!

Yes, I have filled Name-Display Name-Sidebar-Languages, just after I press the create button it turns to a loading icon and I get stuck there.

I just finished Untitled Goose Game (2019). The game is surprisingly short (I would say around 4 hours?) but I had fun with it. Now that I'm in the indie game spirit, would you suggest any good indies for Switch/PC?
