What exactly are you basing Erico being top 10 on? He didn't do anything on the world stage, never played significantly well outside of Argentina and unless you're Paraguayan or Argentinian of very advanced years he wouldn't come into your consideration of top 100 let alone top 10 of all time. I'll give you he was the top scorer of all time in the Argentinian league (back in a time when there were a lot more goals in game), and di stefano said he was the greatest of all time (a lot less competition for that title before Di stefano started playing). So why does he deserve to be there?
