I have an automation that turns on cinema mode, switches always on to off and sets my watch face to night mode, this comes on every night and off in the morning, that helps a lot

Go with hockey, green = 2 min off, yellow = 10 min off, then have a 2nd yellow still equal a red and off for the rest of the game
