I really enjoyed the mod as well! The retail version never really grabbed me in the same way but I'm glad people are still discovering and enjoying it years later. I'll never forget the friends we met and great times we had on our group's custom server.

Exactly this - I play a lot of old PC games on my Steamdeck that assume you have a keyboard attached. A simple touch menu can easily give you 10 more buttons to bind!
Sidereal Confluence is a game that really starts to get exciting at 6+ players. It's not for everyone, but for the right group it's a blast!
You can get really fast SD cards these days and it supports installing games on either.
