If you play call of duty, or any online game, yeah, since these freaking games are going for for like 200 gb's or more in size nowadays

Your problem is that you have an nvidia GPU, which while it has been improving over the years, it still has a lot problems with Wayland, sorry.
Why are you all pretending you can't disable forced updates in windows via de group policy editor?

This may sound stupid, but are you sure you're connecting to the 5 ghz wifi network and not the 2.4 ghz one? some routers like mine have separate 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz networks and you have to manually switch between one and the other.
I can pretty much see now why nvidia is giving up on the low end market, APUs have genuinely progressed to the point where a dedicated low end gpu really makes no sense anymore.
