Ich glaube, wir kommen beide aus dem gleichen Land ;)
My driver's license photo looks like the mugshot of juvenile criminal. They're printed desaturated in my country too which makes it worse.
Oh no! You just reposted my NFT. That's a $50 fine. What a blunder!
Bizarre response. It feels obvious saying this, but 'they' is a better grammatical choice in this context, regardless of politics or human rights. It has been changed to 'it' in the build instructions since which sounds correct.
To prevent this, remove anon from the wheel group and it will no longer be able to run /bin/su.
"they" ist kein Pluralwort. "they" ist ein Pronomen der 3. Person Singular sowie der 3. Person Plural.
Wholesome
I'm very skeptical of EV rebates. In Germany, this has only led to EV makers jacking up prices by $4,000 or whatever the rebate was. It's redistribution of wealth to the top in the form of our tax money. When the rebates were axed here, prices for EVs and wall chargers dropped over night.
Furthermore, I can accept that owning a car is kind of a necessity in much of Manitoba. And it should be a somewhat decent car too given your harsh winters. But seriously, even if the rebate didn't go straight into the EV maker's pockets, should we really give $4,000 to individuals who can afford to sink $70,000 into a new car? Put that money into something everyone can benefit from, like cycling or pedestrian infrastructure and public transport.
If you got everything gifted your family that would be an alien idea.
Tbh though I think that times have changed, now it seems there is a massive surplus of workers for every position.
I'm in Gemany and our English teacher made everybody read Shakespeare, Dickens and more in the original. I estimate at least 1/3 of our class had reached a C1/C2 level of English after 3 years of his class.
I have no idea. I saw the news article in a newspaper based in Luxembourg first, but it was in French. So I searched for an English version to share and found this one from Malaysia.
This statement hardly merits the same level of proof as a scientific publication. The original post is an example of the obnoxious behavior you find on r/atheism.
They feel superior to and smarter than religious people. In this extreme case, the poster expresses feeling superior to people who died in a stampede that took place at a religious event.
Internet atheists who think they are superior to believers / Believers who think they are superior to atheists are two sides of the same coin.
