@[email protected] I got one and it broke (in a hotel so idk if it was the cleaning lady or what). the cost of repair though was close to buying a new one, so (stubbornly) I did. I've been trying to be super careful, but I'm not buying a 3rd device from the same company.

Look at their subreddit, there are tons of horror stories.

@[email protected] kind of, my library uses amazon for lending books, but I prefer to buy them in .epub, so I need both. Thanks!

@[email protected] I have no idea what 4 things you are talking about. Clearly you don't are not asking a question as stated in this community. Goodbye

@[email protected] Well, then, good luck appeasing the angry god for the excess or lack of rain (which one? there are too many!). I think I'll stop here.

@[email protected] no, you ask for proof, that is what we do.

@[email protected] where did I say they were dumb? don't put words in my mouth. Also, ignorance != dumb

I said they tried to explain natural phenomeana the best way they could. I mean that. Most likely every modern person would have done the same.

@[email protected] people tried to explain the natural phenomena the best way they could. Now we know better (i.e., the rain or lack of it isn't due to an anger man in the sky).

We grow in understanding, we need fewer made up explanations from our asses.

@[email protected] autocorrect doesn’t use LLMs, at least not yet generally. I suspect it is some kind of markov model or maybe?
