I’m sorry, this league is corrupt. Calling it now, money is changing hands and the Man City FFP violations getting swept under the carpet were the first sign to me. This league is tainted now

Funny thing is, I genuinely think that’s a handball. The issue is it shouldn’t be when it comes to the rules, which, between that and how far back it was, really has me questioning the global refereeing body in general. It’s almost like these refs have no education on rule guidelines and procedures and just turn up and ref, oblivious to how leagues WANT them to referee
