This is easy to get around.

Just start any order with "In my capacity as president, I decree that....."

[-] [email protected] 2 points 4 days ago

You can.....not everybody can.

I also love/hate excel. It is great for a lot of simple jobs where writing code would take to much time, it is terrible because you can't audit your code* easily or at all. You get these hideously complex sheets referencing who knows what with no documentation.....

  • By "code" I mean shitty formula hidden in cells.

Sounds like a plan

Yep, there are ways to do this with importing the dataset into pandas and manipulating it right there; then spitting the graphs out.

Well done, the graphs look great.

Did you do the graphs in python?

Because the colours look familiar.

This reminds me of something......gaining favor of the ruler is key to your advancement.

I hear those checks and balances are starting to look a little unreliable.

In the survey, released last month, 69 percent of New Zealanders said they had a good understanding of AI and 64 percent thought it would profoundly change their lives in the next three to five years.

I know that The Dunning-Kruger effect has been disproven; but fuck a "good understanding" means what exactly? The people I work with (are they representative of the population? Maybe..) have trouble using excel well, most people have no idea how their computer works or why it works. Just because you can use something does not mean you understand it.

What is to stop Biden from cancelling the upcoming election?

Being now his powers are effectively unchecked, couldn't he just call off the election as an official act. Rather than stupid shit like ordering assassination or deploying the military, just say "I'm cancelling the election until such time this ruling is overturned and a constitutional amendment is enacted that states that the president is not immune from criminal prosecution"

This is why I don't like these types of platforms. If you are bitching about someone, keep it offline.

Sumner said she was shocked to read how staff had been speaking about her, and found the reaction to her request "deeply disturbing".

This seems like she is playing it up for the media, "deeply disturbing", are you really so thin skinned that someone calling you a schoolyard name is "deeply disturbing". I'm sorry but people have real feelings and have good/bad days. Was the language unprofessional, totally. Was language required or helpful, absolutely not.

Super cool. I was excited to see Frankie Adams in the cast, loved her in the expanse. But was even more excited to see Rena Owen as Gramma Tala....perfect casting.

I am running a Tabaxi rogue that is currently 4th level.

In a recent fight, purely to piss off the leader of a band of thugs, my character ran in the 20ft and lifted his gold pouch (lucky roll 19, for a total of 26), then proceeded to bonus action disengage. The feline agility racial ability allows me to double speed for a round, so was able to disengage to a distance of 40ft.

The DM was totally ok with this, I didn't actually do any damage and I "wasted" my turn for flavor and fun.

I get that you can't use slight of hand to perform a disarm, but what is are your thoughts on lifting daggers/arrows/spell components etc....which are not being held by an enemy?

This could be very OP if I'm allowed to steal a wizards components pouch, rendering them significantly less of a threat.

Are there any legal experts that want to weigh in on this.
