I have used apkmody in the past for some cracked spotify apk's but i never knew if they were legit or not, they always seemed to work fine if you know how to navigate the website. But good question im also curious about this.

We zien al jaren de trend dat social media platformen elkaar integreren, maar dit gebeurd vaker door de gebruikers dan de makers. Denk aan foto's van tweets op instagram, youtube en vine videos op facebook, en tiktok posts op elk platform.

Ik denk juist dat door deze platformen te integreren dat de social media ervaring meer homogeen wordt, waardoor gedecentraliseerde en minder populaire socialmedia zowel meer als minder waard worden.

Ook zullen kleinere accounts alleen maar lastiger te vinden worden door het grote aanbod van populaire accounts die ineens van ieder platform beschikbaar zijn. Ik zie populariteit niet per se als iets goeds.

Ik denk dat de fedi/lemmy niet in de gevaren hiermee komt. Daar is het te ingewikkeld in gebruik voor, en je spreekt een hele andere doelgroep hiermee aan.
