He's just saying it because Tarantino said it and Clooney got bitchy about it in a recent interview.

Canada is beautiful frankly, and it has some great cities.

I'm pretty sure they lent him $12B and he largely put up the remaining $30B.

Well they're kinda against white kids getting elite educations because then their kids might stop being fascists.

What they really want is less brown and black kids getting elite educations. In that, it seems, they've been somewhat successful.

Incidentally, for college-aged folks: Asians make up about 6% of the U.S. population. Hispanic or Latino are 24%. Black folks are 14%. White kids are 52%.

Those numbers are as of 2023. So, depending on what you mean by diversity, i.e. should that mean reflecting the current diversity of the country's population or something more vague (or more arbitrary), the effect of the supreme court ruling definitely seems to be turning some colleges into bi-racial institutions.

Interestingly, the two most represented racial demographics here are coincidentally the two demographics having the least amount of children by far.

The person you're responding to is literally arguing that Elon can't "functionally" pay the debt because it would make him less rich and lower Tesla's share price.

Their breath smells like Italian leather.

It's largely boring and goes for like 15 hours a day for several days in a row. Much of it occurs while people are working, and the big names often go on after half the country is asleep.

What are you even talking about? Do you think people staring at their TV for 45 hours would somehow translate to voter enthusiasm? No one watches live TV. People watch clips or recordings after the fact, just like with literally everything else.

He both technically and functionally does have the ability to repay them, which he will find out soon if he doesn't restructure the debt, and implying this is in anyway similar to the financial crisis is absurd clickbait.

It could possibly tank Tesla and make Elon less rich if he had to pay his debt. Oh no. As if Tesla being valued at more than 9 major other automakers combined isn't outlandish in the first place.

But won't someone please think of the oligarch and his shareholders! 🙄

Isn't the difference here that Musk has a tremendous amount of assets in the form of Tesla stock that can be used to repay the debt? It's not like he can declare bankruptcy and stiff them on the bill.

I believe they're called heretics. Papal infallibility and divine representative positioning within Catholicism means disbelief in the word of the pope would basically be a renunciation of the faith.

They ain't called papists for nothin!
