Not sure why creating very affordable housing for extremely low income/homeless, that share a communal bathroom/kitchen on each floor would be such a hard sell? Hostel mentality? Feels like there's still room for at least one in every major city.

Not a solution for all commercial real estate obviously.

I knew a kid in high school who's family had spent some time living in a van. I guess the kid had an ongoing joke that they ended up in the van because his dad refused to learn java. Kinda funny, kinda sad. Couldn't help but think of that when I saw this.

You'd need the suit to allow you to "float" inside or it. Air gapped, and rubber suspension? Maybe some kind of a liquid, but it would probably just allow for more transference?
