Reject all will most likely be in the settings submenu. Websites are annoying and hide that function as far away as possible.

They tried catering to the "learn to code" crowd.

Surprised it ran for that long. Around a year and a half ago they introduced lots and lots of captchas.

When I went in I had very specific expectations and Arch lived up to them. Had an idea of what I wanted for a DM, and an idea of what I wanted out of an operating system, and it met my needs. I would still be using it like that except for the fact that I had to change it out to be able to run the proprietary software for my university, and I just never bothered to reinstall/reconfig it. If I were to do it again, I would make some script to set it up with all my necessary programs so that it is robust.

Always baffles me that people like this exist. Are you this abrasive to people in real life too?

There's something about learning loads of useless trivia that draws people, and TIL is really popular. Not only that, but TIL is an organic way to educate people, even on the most commonest of things. The reactionary-TIL has posts like "TIL about the tank man who resisted tanks with his bodie" and "TIL about stalins big spoon" resurfacing every few months, which serves to teach newcomers the lore of the liberal world, and the creation of its based counterpart here would teach the vibes-based ML worldview instead.

may haps i will request it... later

40 years in prison for a crime at 17... I think I would also find Islam if I were in his stead, otherwise God save the system and the captors from me.

I remember there were some communist sympathies... this one is just sad. Maybe there's botting going on, because of the vote percentage, but still.

We should be more careful. 1 in 30,000 is a pretty good chance to not get found out, but when it comes to videos with smaller viewcounts, we should not be allowing them to be shared.

Also we should do something about the tracking links that people keep sharing here willynilly. Even if it's just a rule change. Feels like 6 months since I last posted about this without change.

Donations usually go through stuff like Paypal. Here are my thoughts:

  • the money cannot be used to buy anything from outside Gaza
  • the money can be used to buy inside Gaza, but because of the way markets work it'll be really stupid
  • only good thing is that it might fall into the resistance's hands and they can make use of it, but then again they have larger sources of funding

Am I missing something? Is this just not productive?

So I was going to recommend Ирония Судьбы (The Irony of Fate, or Enjoy Your Bath) as an example of a working class romantic movie.. but then I realized the setting is probably nicer than the studio-apartments that working class people have in the west.
