Yes. I have registered a bug with them and they confirmed it.

The new screenshare doesn't open up a top-level window, so Windows doesn't see it properly on the taskbar, causing some apps (such as MS Teams and others) not to see it when you need to find a window.

The desktop app 3.8.0 however has broken screen share -- MS Teams can't see the new pop up window. ARGH
