Very confused by the picture do you mean something like a splitter?

Are dual-core laptops still "usable" in today's day and age? Curious about the topic since modern hardware is so abundant in the US, but not so much in other countries. in c/[email protected]

For light usage (web browsing, word docs, email,etc) modern dualcores are more than enough
