This goes so hard I love it

Plenty of US shows go live on streamers at midnight for one of the coasts, seems like they're just treating Doctor Who the same but for the UK?

I mean, they shouldn't be bricking each other's computers, then they can't continue to learn with them

I suspect it will be still family viewing, just a little dark for some young kids to watch solo maybe

That's literally what I thought and still kinda think even after his comments

Yeah I think a lot of Chibnals detractors are in for a rude awakening. Sure, you can say it wasn't woke for RTD1 but that's nostalgia considering he:

  • parodied Tony Blair with John Simms master
  • created an out and proud pansexual in Harkness
  • portrayed the Doctor as ambiguous sexually, accepting advances from Jack and Lynda (?) In parting of ways
  • the slitheen two-parter being commentary on the war on terror and false claims of WMDs

I think that in the time since 2010, RTDs writing experience and the general increase in right wing radicalisation since 2015 are combining to create these decisions like able bodied Davros or 14 regenerating clothes

It wouldn't be so bad if classic who was consistently paced. The black and white episodes had some real bangers that I was engaged for the fill 22 minutes, but a lot were just slogs.

In principle I do believe a good story can carry anything - visuals are secondary in a compelling plot.

VPN for now sadly. Torrent sites might have it at some point but not yet last I checked.

I started this summer, and I've made it to the Pertwee era last week.

Unless she trespassed there's nothing illegal. I don't think she shared a specific address. It IS (was?) against the YT TOS but they only care about what makes returns for Google's shareholders.

Twitter too now

I really like how Apple Maps shows not just local rapid transit lines, but also the national carriers of many countries like Japan and even the US and Canada, but I know there's more out there (for instance, Alaskan Railway and Ontario Northlands Polar Bear Express).

Anyone know good resources for this? I am aware of openrailwaymap, but it's a bit more than what I am looking for.

I love this song's energy and vocals. Grabbitz is an excellent vocalist and I just feel the title of the song throughout my body when I listen to it.

Hope people enjoy!

Like the iconic scene from that movie I've TOTALLY seen.

I'm currently on Season 4, almost done with it as I'm on "The Evil of the Daleks". Who's watched the older stuff before? How much?

I find it somewhat hard to follow (especially the reconstructions with stills) but I always have tvtropes + tardis.fandom to refer to as well.

I thought it was intriguing, and slower than I anticipated until the very end. Seems like a middle ground in tone/pacing to the other Mando-verse shows and Andor. I didn't see a post here so I figured, why not?

I'll be back tomorrow after I sleep to chat more.

The caveman see's the one making the wheel and doesn't want free parking to lead to stone wheels everywhere so he's making a meter.
