Didn’t Webb literally just say this should happen more? Not reds, but punishments for going after the referee? Maybe this referee listened.
By academy could be more difficult though, seeing as some players go through multiple academies; which one gets the credit?
Take Lampard. He was in the academy for a year before being promoted to the senior team. Does that mean West Ham should be credited with every cap he got?
It’s so bad that it should be criminally investigated. No way a professional referee doesn’t know a man through on goal is playing advantage - so why does he call it? Even the fourth official is like “yep that’s bad”
