We had that here too. Tuesday and Wednesday was $1 for a ticket, $1 for a popcorn and $1 for a drink.

I totally agree. I'm on Android and never used Apollo, but I'm using the wefwef web app and it's fantastic. People are saying it feels like Apollo!

I'm petty sure (and hope) that Reddit will slowly die. If a s% of the users creating content that are not bots move to Lemmy of kbin, it's game over for them eventually.

The only thing that's quite sad is the amount of information you can find for an insane amount of problems. I hope that everything will get archived somehow.

It seems to be called Liftoff now.

Exactly. Stop moderating and remove any auto moderating bots. That's it. Let Reddit self destruct.

Yes I do, screw ads. I use uBlock Origin on all my browsers and I run a home server with Adguard Home in it (I prefer Adguard Home instead of Pi-Hole, the former is super easy to update and it only runs on 1 service).

I often connect to my home server from my cellphone with Wireguard or OpenVPN to go through Adguard Home when I'm away.

Yes I did, I still prefer Jerboa's post layout.

Use a meat thermometer! All your meat will come out perfect, without being under or over cooked.

I tried them all (Jerboa, Thunder, Liftoff, Lemmynade) and I like Jerboa the most. The layout is clean, compact and it works really well.

I was a Slide user on Reddit so I'm waiting for it to be available for Lemmy!
