So I have two Chromecasts, and this sucks, didn't really want to replace them eith boxes (once they die). What viable replacements are there?
I quit a job (too late) where I had, on average, 15 minutes to eat lunch. Felt better once I stopped working there, though it's hard to get out of the habit of eating quickly.
I went down a rabbit hole on turkey 15 years ago when I was determined to never eat dry turkey again. Was a fun time, make it to this day for Thanksgiving, learned all the tricks, and still working on my gravy. Would recommend, good way to practice cooking fundamentals.

I, for one, am glad that AI is no where near able to implement this ability. That said, I'd be worried if they said they implemented it and used it as a way to target political enemies.

Speaking as a bit of an old fart (41), there are moments when you see younger people being romantic/optimistic in ways that remind you of your youth, and you "know" that it won't last, because thats what happened to you.
So these two young people are planning their lives together, but they are young. They most likely will change as time goes on. Thus they will go through pain. I'm a totally diffent person then I was 20 years ago. There's things I wish I could say to myself (change your major, don't eat so much pizza, go get medication for anxiety).
But I can't really do that to someone who is going through it. Best case they stop taking chances. Worst case, they tell you to fuck off and you can't help them when they need it. So you let them be happy and think they'll make it.
I mean, I'm still with my high school sweetheart, so maybe they will make it.
I have no idea who first said it, but the idea of our norm changing away from capitalism in any meaningful way is so alien to people that they can imagine living on Mars in 5 years more readily then social change.
