So I have many public download links to files. And I dont want to have a download manager to download many links at once. I want to share it with just one click to one person. So you just need to download the files at once

In cloud storage services you can put many files into one folder and download just one folder. You know what I mean?

It would be so cool, if you could make a virtual file system just with public links and download it trough one link all the files. Becouse its more comfort. You know what I mean? Is that possible?

How to do that in high quality? I had the program DiscordChatExporter and have the html file but the file is too big.

So I want to pay one time for hardware and then small payments for electricity and bandwith. That is why I love to make things locally. And its cheaper in the long term usage.

But I hate to hear noise 24/7. I want to hear absolute nothing.

So is there a service where I can pay one time for hardware and put the hardware to one location (not my home) and pay the "small" service cost? I hope you understand my english.
