It's the IGPU yeah. You can check the specs of it on the Intel website. It uses shared VRAM with the RAM

I'm running 2x32gb of XMP 6400mhz cl32 from gskill with my 14700k on a Z790 Sonic. It's very stable, have had 0 issues regarding memory so far
