JMP.chat is your best choice for the most privacy-oriented VOIP service. Paired with the Cheogram app on FDroid, it's a great user experience. they can port numbers in and out as well. you can pay with monero/btc/eth.

I am not sure about pausing though, I would ask them what your options are.

reminds me of that one meme making fun of streaming company names like "You can watch it on Pidoo. just sign up for Dupoos. stream it on LippyLopp."

They could've caught this dumbass years ago with BTC tracing if they really wanted. But actually, they likely wanted this guy to continue what he was doing for as long as possible. For various reasons which you can figure out if you're smart.

But nah, once he exit scammed, they had no more use for him, and him wanting to come to America was just the icing on the cake for a glorious capture to make it look like the all powerful feds captured the deep dark villian of Incognito, as you said, "psychological trick"

I love my private lifestyle. I feel like I actually control my own life, that I'm not being held at gunpoint or dependent or actively surveiled 24/7 by 100 different soulless corps. it feels so peaceful. The parts I cannot control, like cellular, I always treat like an open public square.

So yes, when you just get into a routine, instead of making everything into a fucking war, it's quite nice. people who say it's exhausting try to do too much at once or just let fear rule them. Privacy, especially technologically, has honestly never been easier than it is now.
