Ronaldo and Lewandowsky have like 200+ international goals each but not even two at the World Cup. Flat track merchants.
Brazil could well have won the match, but they lacked leaders across each line: defense, midfield and attack. After Martinelli's miss following a fantastic run by Gabriel Jesus, it looked like Brazil gradually demoralized and allowed Argentina to get back into the match.
Raphinha and De Paul were the worst players on the field for their teams respectively, but at least De Paul got Joelinton sent off unfairly. Don't think it would have mattered to the end result anyhow. Messi was poor too, but apparently injured and just plain tired.
Great finish, one of the best international goals of the year.
